In July 2023, I came across AquaTherma after extensive research on solar geysers and tubes. Cameron provided excellent service in explaining the difference between the two, understanding what I wanted to achieve for my household (saving on electricity costs of running 2 geysers 24 hours a day), and advising me on what would be ideal for my household. I ended up selecting a 48-tube EVT solar system. What was also great was the finance option they offered which allowed me to pay off my purchase over 12 months. The installation was done seamlessly and professionally, and Cameron was instrumental in tweaking my geyser settings as many times as possible until I was comfortable handling the software by myself. His service and those of his team (installation and software) have been excellent. Cameron is always ready and available to take a call to discuss anything regarding optimising the system to ensure maximum savings.
The biggest benefit, however, has been the massive savings I have seen since installing the solar tubes - I went from running my geysers for 24 hours to a maximum of 6 hours a day (in winter) to 3-4 hours in summer. I love that I can monitor my system on laptop and phone, set timers during peak usage periods (in the mornings and evenings), and switch the backups on and off before and after periods of load shedding to ensure that I always have hot water. It's been an incredible decision to use Aqua Therma and go solar tubes for water heating. I absolutely, unreservedly recommend this company, and especially Cameron - such a stand-up guy!

In January of this year I had a retrofit solar geyser installed at my residence by Aqua Therma and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. The installation team at Aqua Therma was highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire installation process.
Not only did Cameron and team provide excellent customer service, but the quality of the installation itself was beyond any of my own expectations. The solar geyser is not only providing reliable and efficient hot water for me and my family, I've already noticed a significant decrease in my electricity usage. I highly recommend AQUATHERMA Investments due to their great and professional experience with the installation of solar geyser systems.
Their work seem to be excellent as observed from the beginning when I had a good and informative interaction with Mr Cameron (Manager) on how the solar system works until he could dispatch his professional team of specialists to site for implementation and execution of the project as required by myself as a client.
Mr Cameron also offered me a good return on investment quote which I ultimately had to accept for the installation of 42 EVT solar tubes with a smart remote monitoring system called aquatrac system.
To be precise, their meticulous work performance was very impressive until the project got completed. I saw it fit to put it on record that this system works perfectly fine as supported by their after-sales service which they still provide in the usage of the solar geyser remote monitoring system-dashboard system.

We decided to convert our current geyser to Solar after being without power for 10 days due to our mini substation being vandalised ( still no power 3 weeks later ) The 30 tube system is working perfectly - Our water is in fact hotter than usual and warms up much quicker than before.
